Gabi started racing karts at age 11, and entered her first race at the age of 12 in 100cc karts. After winning multiple state shifter kart championships, Gabi ran the Superkarts USA Pro Moto Tour with the KGB North America factory team for four years. One year in the 80cc Junior division, one year in the 80cc Senior division and two years in the 125cc division. During that time she was the only female in SKUSA Pro Moto history to finish a national season in the top twelve.
