Keiko Ihara was born on July 4, 1973. She is a Japanese driver in the British Formula 3 International championship. She was a former race queen, one of the women who dress up in swimsuits and parade around race circuits, before deciding to become a racing driver. She is one of the few Japanese women nationals to race internationally at a high level. She has raced a Ferrari 355 in her native Japan but now races Formula Renault in the UK
